    2026 holiday returns

    Holiday returns for 2026: Eligible orders placed November 1–December 31, 2026 may be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit by January 10, 2027, or by the ordinary applicable return deadline if that is later. This extension never shortens your normal return window. All existing eligibility requirements and final-sale exclusions still apply.

    Do you charge sales tax on any item?

    shop hearts is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to California. The appropriate charges will be added to your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation.

    Important Sales Tax Information

    We do not collect sales or use taxes in all states. For states imposing sales or use taxes, your purchase is subject to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Your purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means. Many states require purchasers to file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all of the taxable purchases that were not taxed and to pay tax on those purchases.     • International orders are not charged sales tax at the time of purchase, but may incur taxes and duties in the customs process of the destination country. You will be responsible for paying any taxes and duties incurred in the delivery of international orders.
