I am so disappointed. I wanted these boots for 2 years. Finally bought them because they had my size. I looooooved them. The are so cute and warm and fit great! After having them a week I noticed them getting scuffed up pretty good. No big deal I can live with that. Now I’ve had them less than two months and the whole bottom sole ripped away from the boot. I love these boots and am so disappointed. I can’t believe they fell apart like that after less than two months of wear.

Over all really cute boot. I wish the sweater cuff fit a little tighter around my legs.

Great quality shoes, I’ve had mine for a few years now and they still look new. Comfortable too, they run a little small so I’d order a half size up.

I'm very happy with the boots so far, they were a bit more pricey then I wanted to spend but they showed up fast and I'm very happy with the quality. The sizing confused me a bit because they said fits from 7-7.5 (depending on the shoe i wear both sizes though), they may be slightly on the small size to me but not so bad that I would want to go up a size, if you were a true 7.5 they would probably be to small. Quality seems good and nice soft interior, minimal support inside though will probably need an insole. I will have to see how well they hold up haven't worn them out yet.

Only tried it on, didn't wear it. Will be returning it.

Totally in love with these. The fit and look are perfect, exactly what I was looking for.

The fake sock that is attatched to the boot is a little stiff, and can make it difficult to put my foot into sometimes. Other than that these boots are perfect!

I'm a size 10.5 so I ordered an 11 (42) and they're too small, more like a size 10.

I really loved the shoe and the look however the bottom of it felt like wood and there was little to no comfort on the balls of the foot.

I was nervous to order these but they are so perfect. I’ve been looking for boots like this for years! Would recommend to everyone, all the time.

It was an impulse purchase when I couldn't sleep at night. These looked really nice on the website and reviews were great. People specifically did that the shoes are true to size. I am true size 7, so I ordered size 38 per the chart on the website. When I received the shoes, 38 was one size too big. I liked the style of the shoes but felt that quality wasn't great. Shoe sole was light and inside of the shoe wasn't comfortable. Return shipping cost was also painful. I have learned from this experience to never order shoes online.

The boots look even better than I expected! These are the second pair of boots I’ve purchased from shophearts and they won’t be the last!! Unfortunately I was in a head on collision with a semi the day before I received these so I won’t be able to wear them for awhile. But I can’t wait!!

My wife was pleased with her gift. She complained to me that the boots were 'stiff.' I reminded her of the fact that boots have to be broken in by several initial wearings. I wear a L.L. Bean hiking boot and it took a while before the uppers became more flexible.
Give it some time. Incidentally these are probably not going to be worn very frequently, so we have to give it some time.

I really love these boots!! They are so comfortable and they do not feel heavy like other boots plus they fit true to size!

Wore for the first time today. Wore them all day and no problems, comfortable ….and still have them on. I wear a 7.5 but bought an 8 so would fit comfortably with thicker socks. perfect!
