Horrible. I ordered the Spencer hat and it arrived bent because it was placed in a box with a smaller width than the brim of the hat itself with no method to maintain the shape. (I have never had any retailer make such a patently poor shipping decision.) I followed the process to request a return for store credit and asked for the shipping label that Shop Hearts says it will provide. Never heard back. I tried using the Chat feature twice. I emailed them twice. Radio silence. They obviously do not care about their customers. I will never shop on this site again and would strongly discourage any shopper from doing so.

Protected and looked beautiful
I was looking for a hat that wa fashionable, classic but would also have more coverage than a normal fedora. This was perfect by the pool, fishing in Key West and lounging by the pool. Would love a strap to hold it on when I gust of wind comes along but it still is a great hat. I’m ready to bring it everywhere with me this summer.
